AGREEMENT BETWEEN FORTISSIMUS AND AMERICAN STRONGMAN CORPORATION FORTISSIMUS TM is proud to announce that it has come to an agreement with the AMERICAN STRONGMAN CORPORATION (ASC) with regards to the America's Strongest Man contest. It was agreed that the 2008 America's Strongest Man winner will be officially invited as a premium competitor at FORTISSIMUS 2009. The agreement also states that such an invitation will be carried over the following years. As the governing body of pro strongman in the USA, the ASC is promoting, organizing and hailing strongman contests all across the USA. Recognized in all countries sporting strongman competitions, the ASC, under the leadership of Dione Wessels and a dynamic ASC team, has been striving for excellence in the sport and for the development of a new generation of world-class strength athletes. As such, the America's Strongest Man annual contest has turned into a prestigious classic.
